Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

When you can get a refund

• Technical problems: if you paid but couldn't access your purchase and we can't fix it within 2 working days, we refund you in full.
• Duplicate payment: if you were charged twice for the same order, the extra payment is refunded in full.
• Because courses and downloads are digital and delivered instantly, other refunds are decided case by case within 7 days of purchase, provided most of the content has not been consumed or downloaded.

How to ask

Write to our support e-mail or WhatsApp +8801601344646 with your order number (e.g. GM-1001) and the e-mail you used. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days (timing depends on your bank or wallet).

Cancellations

There are no automatic renewals — you are never charged again unless you choose to extend your membership.
